• Admin Fee is $200 which is refundable and goes towards first month of rent during
move in.
• Deposit: $500 on approved credit.
• Utilities are RUBS which covers water, sewer, solid waste, gas, and trash which is
billed based on usage. Electricity is individually metered. All utilities will be on your
portal.
• Tenant Benefit Package of $39 includes Wi-Fi, insurance waiver, and positive credit
reporting
• Pet-friendly: $50 per dog and $24 for cats per month. No Deposit. ESA animals are
welcome, but a doctor's note from a WA doctor is required.
• Lease Terms: 6-12 months.
• On-site Parking: None
